Senior Business Analyst ERP

Kforce is seeking a Senior Business Analyst ERP for a client in NYC. This role involves developing and maintaining documentation deliverables such as RTM, BRD, FRD, and SAP WRICEF documents. The analyst will coordinate release and transport management, provide user training and support for standard ERP functionality, and assist with interface and process chain jobs. Key responsibilities also include conducting root cause analysis for testing and production issues. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, strong SAP FI knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SDLC, Agile, and JIRA.

Must Have

• Develop and maintain documentation deliverables (RTM, BRD, FRD, Interface mappings/ETL, Configuration, Use Cases, Test Cases)
• SAP WRICEF Document for Workflow, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms
• Coordinate Release and Transport management
• User Training and Support of Standard ERP Functionality

• Conduct root cause analysis to support testing and resolve production issues
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong SAP FI knowledge (master/transactional data, configuration, month-end process) and submodules (FI, CO, AP, AR, GL)

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio

• Technical and functional knowledge of SAP Concur Expense and invoice system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Software Engineering, or a related field with strong academic credentials
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong SAP FI knowledge (master/transactional data, configuration, month-end process) and submodules (FI, CO, AP, AR, GL)
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of intellectual curiosity
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Strong sense of professionalism and integrity with proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across various teams
• Proficiency in complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and aptitude for quickly learning new technologies
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and JIRA
• Business knowledge in accounting, finance, investment, FX preferred
• Technical and functional knowledge of SAP Concur Expense and invoice system preferred
• Experience in SAP S/4 Migration and ABAP is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
